Confirm
Every fact shows where it came from: a photo, a label, you, or your brand brief. Regulated details — material grade, allergens, certifications, origin, age grade — are only ever published from something you entered and confirmed. A photo can suggest one; it cannot publish one.
Write
One writer for the whole catalog, so products in the same family read consistently. Each listing is written from your confirmed facts, checked, and revised once before you see it, in Shopify's format.
Publish
Selify proposes the listing; you approve, edit, or undo it in plain words. Approved products go live on your Shopify store. A new product is charged just before it publishes and refunded if publishing fails.
Designed for catalogs in the thousands
Large catalogs fail in boring ways: a thousand descriptions in three different voices, attributes missing on the products that sell most, a sync that gets your store throttled. Selify is built around those failures.
Facts, not prose
Selify keeps every fact about a product, with where it came from, and writes listings from those facts. Change a spec once and the copy follows; nothing is buried in a paragraph you have to hunt for later.
Attention, not scrolling
Each product shows what is wrong with it (missing description or image, no price, thin copy, duplicate title, stale content, not on a channel), ranked by its last 90 days of Shopify sales. Ask "what needs attention" and get the five that matter most, each with what the fix costs.
Sync that doesn't get you throttled
Changes in your store reach Selify as they happen. Selify never trips Shopify's limits, and it catches up on its own if an update is missed: a quick check every six hours, a full one every day.
Thousands of products at once
A CSV or JSON import takes up to 5,000 rows per call, picks up where it stopped if something interrupts it, and skips rows that haven't changed. It is API-only today; an upload screen is coming.

Shoppers ask about a product on Instagram, in Telegram, or on your site. The agent looks the product up in your catalog before it answers, quotes the price you set in Shopify for the shopper's country, and saves anything it isn't sure about as a draft for you to check. Before you switch a channel on, type as a shopper and read exactly what the bot would say — nothing sent, nothing charged.

Where Selify is today
Early access: Selify is live in production for a small number of workspaces, billing runs end to end, and the catalog loop above is what we use ourselves.
The first merchants with large catalogs are onboarding now. If you run one, you would be among them, with direct access to the people building it.
Photo reading is tuned for clothing today; other categories get fewer details until we widen it with those first merchants.
Common questions
Is Selify ready for a 5,000-SKU store?
It is built for one: sync fetches only what changed and stays inside Shopify's limits, one writer handles the whole catalog, and bulk import works in chunks that resume if interrupted. It has not yet been run at that size by a merchant in production, and today bulk import is API-only (no upload screen). If you have a catalog that size we want to run it with you, and we'll say plainly what breaks.
Which channels are live?
Shopify (sync and publish), Instagram (DMs and comments), Telegram, and the website chat. WhatsApp runs for one pilot. Etsy and Amazon are coming: Etsy is waiting on Etsy's app approval, Amazon on Amazon's production access. We don't take money for channels that aren't live.
Do you train models on my data? Where does inference run?
We do not train models on your data. Text models run via API under our account; open-weights vision and imaging models run on our own on-demand GPU capacity. More on the security page.
How does billing work?
Each tier includes a monthly allowance of outcomes. Every AI action — a reply, a listing, a photo read, a publish — has a price shown on your billing page. Paid tiers roll into a pay-as-you-go balance when the allowance is used; the free tier pauses. Tiers cap how many AI workers you run, never how many teammates log in.
What does "early access" mean?
Features marked beta are usable but still rough, and you talk directly to the people building Selify. It does not mean a waitlist for a product that doesn't exist.
